Addition with a custom deck on top

Project consisted of the removal of an existing rear deck and the construction of a new 14’ x 22’ ground level room addition. The addition has a slightly pitched roof, using the Dry Joist system, with a new Procell deck constructed atop. The deck has white vinyl rails and trim with steps to an angled landing with flared steps to grade. The project also included a new front porch addition.

The addition of this front porch gave this Harford County Single Family Home new curb appeal. Now every evening the homeowner can enjoy the experience of outdoor living. The addition of the porch was accomplished using the new azec porch decking .
