Deck with Under-Deck Ceiling Over Patio - Harford Co, Maryland

T.W. Ellis was hired to re-deck this existing Harford County 16-foot by 40-foot deck but quickly discovered the wear extended beyond the surface. After consulting with the homeowners, we replaced the joists as well as redecking the surface with Trex Transcend composite decking. We also installed DEK Drain, an under-deck ceiling system that creates a dry space under the deck by preventing precipitation and moisture from breaching the surface.
