It has a sunken hot tub. A roof over top of the kitchen area that has a cathedrial ceiling finished with T&G cedar. It has (2) sets of flaired steps. One leading to the driveway and the second leading to the inground pool. The decking was finished with Ipe decking and Stone decking.
