Modern Farmhouse Kitchen - Laurel, Maryland

These gorgeous, on trend, pendant lights were purchased from Ferguson: they’re called “Hill Point,” by Park Harbor. In keeping with the modern farmhouse look of this kitchen, we installed beautiful hardwood flooring called Hamilton Park, in Walnut, from Vertical Connection. New kitchen cabinets are the Merillat Masterpiece® Line, in Dove White, with Cocoa Glaze, and a Ganon Maple door style. Our client kept their original island cabinets.

Their new kitchen countertops are Borghini Gold, engineered quartz, with a standard-eased edge. The stunning farmhouse sink is an undermount Tasso Fireclay, from Ferguson. Beautiful tiles chosen for the backsplash are the Hampton, Carrara, Pol Arabesque, with Whisper Grey grout, from the Tile Shop. The refrigerator is a Samsung, Family Hub, 24.2 Cu. Ft., 3-door/French Door, in Stainless Steel.

The customer selected red oak for their stair handrail with black metal balusters. The stairs were sanded and finished with a semi-gloss dark stain.
