Rec Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, & Deck - Phoenix, MD

This recently completed project in Phoenix, MD, features a spacious rec room, a modern kitchen, a new deck, and a stylish bathroom. We installed high-quality Anderson windows and patio doors, a Therma-Tru front door, and a fire-rated garage door to the home for added safety. The living space also includes a remote-controlled ceiling fan and outdoor sconces.

The kitchen boasts Petersburg-style cabinets, a classic white subway tile backsplash, and a Ruvati 30” stainless steel sink with a basin rack and basket strainer.

In the bathroom, we installed a refined white marble vanity, a 36” shower, and a brushed nickel three-light fixture.

To enhance outdoor living, we added a deck, creating the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying the evenings.
