National Green Building Standard Kitchen - Baltimore, Maryland

Our goal for this kitchen remodeling was to certify it to NGBS (National Green Building Standards) standards since the house was going on the market. Green features are: Certified Cabinets (KCMA), Environmental Stewardship Program, LED light bulbs, no VOC paint, water base polyurethane floor finish, re-used existing material (trim and doors), Energy Star features, recycled drywall, and RRP Lead Program. Implementing NGBS into the project gave client assurance that the project cost would add value to their home.
