An estimate from T.W. Ellis refers to a free on-site consultation to discuss your project and a verbal ballpark budget for the cost of your project. This will allow you to decide if you are interested in proceeding with your project.
When we proceed to the next step, you will receive a construction rendering of your project and a detailed written Scope of Work per our Design Consultation Service Agreement. The rate for this is determined/based on the complexity of your project.
